WHO IS THIS FOR:

This 21 day program is for women who would consider themselves beginners to intermediates at fitness. You have to want to lose a minimum of 10 pounds but the more the better. This is not for men who want to "bulk up" or really fit people. All exercises can be modified to fit your needs.

WHATS INCLUDED:

You will get unlimited sessions with a trainer in a group setting for 21 days. You will be provided with a meal plan, meal guide, and transformation manual that covers everything you ever needed to lose weight. You will also get an assessment on your first day which includes a weigh in, body fat and body mass index measurement. There will be weigh ins every Friday to make sure you are on track to reach your goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Workouts are about 45 minutes with a 6 minute warm up and 3 minute cool down. Everyday will be different with a focus on different body groups. We use a mixture of body weight and equipment to build lean feminine muscle and burn the max amount of body fat. Everyday will consist of 9 stations with 9 different exercises to keep your body guessing. Don't worry about not being able to do something as our trainers can modify all the exercises to your level. For accountability with nutrition there will be a mandatory 14 days of food logging in our private facebook group. You will need to post your breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the first 14 days. This will help immensely with weight loss.

WHAT YOU NEED:
